"When we arrived we were a little upset because our room was not ready. We had come to St. Louis for the NCAA tournament and had brought our girls with us, they were to stay in the room until we returned from the game Sat. night and we only had a short time before the game started. We waited about 45 minutes, but Carlos was very accomodating and put the girls in the first available room. He was very nice and helpful."
